BELOVEDANGEL left from mid pack get into the two hole early, took a bad shuffle to fourth-in on the backside, veered wide midstretch and charged home to score the upset. CABRINI HANOVER followed super cover second-over, looked like a winner mid-stretch, but could not stall the determined charge of the winner. CHOTAT MILK pushed off from the rail to gain the lead, got shuffled back to the third-in spot entering the final turn, stayed close along the rail, and closed evenly from a good spot. JUST WAIT KATE got parked out while driving for the front on turn one, sat a tight pocket through turn two, and found room along the inside but was outkicked in the final yards. COPYWRITER got shuffled to fifth-in, weaved through traffic, and got the final check. RESTIVE HANOVER got to the front before the half, cut solid fractions, and tired badly. BORN STORYTELLER followed live cover third-over, followed cover three-wide, and did not fire. DIGGA DIGGA was in the flow fourth-over and came up empty. WEST END was left uncovered when Restive Hanover reached the front, made a long first-over bid when she could not flush cover of her own, challenged the leader midway through the final turn, and paid the price for her overland journey. MODERN MEDICINE was fifth-over on the final turn when she broke stride.
