PASSIONATE GLIDE followed dead cover second-over through the final turn, angled three-deep when they straightened in the lane, and came charging home to score a convincing win. MACARIA HANOVER waited until they entered the backstretch to launch her move, reached the front easily at the 3/8ths pole, set an easy clip while stalling a terrible first-over challenger, drew off by four lengths at the 3/4 pole, but got collared late by a better filly. PURE IVORY was off the gate at the start, followed the winner third-over in the poor outer tier, and closed well from a poor spot. FLAMINGO BINGO was near the back of the pack, got into the poor outside flow fifth-over, and was another that closed well off her poor cover. QUICK CREDIT was also in the outside flow, and could not close well enough from fourth-over. MERLE'S PEARL was away well from the rail, got flushed out first over before the half, and clogged the rim. SUSIES MAGIC left hard at 35-1, readily yielded to another longshot before the quarter, started to get shuffled out and was all done at the top of the stretch. AZALEA GAL took the easy tuck out of the ten hole, skimmed the cones to the lane, and never had a shot. MISS WISCONSIN also took an early tuck, and was never heard from again. LOVE ON THE ROCKS reached the front past the quarter, yielded to the brush of Macaria Hanover right away, tracked that one to the lane, and dropped anchor there, making the inside tier an even worse place to be than behind the poor outside cover.
