USHWA currently has 11 active chapters, as well as a host of at-large members and a group of supporting associate members. Here is a list of the chapters and their formation information. Click on active chapters for membership roles.

California	(Northern California) Feb. 1, 1973; Disbanded in 1988. Reinstated in 1990, charter revoked in 1995.
Chicago	(nee Illinois) 1967 (Charter revoked in 1995)
Delaware Valley	Oct. 15, 1963
Florida	Nov. 4, 1964
Kentucky	Founded 1977 as Bluegrass Chapter, disbanded 1990. Reformed as Kentucky Chapter June 2001.

New Jersey	April 1, 1987
New York	Nov. 16, 1953 (Later became Metropolitan New York New Jersey Chapter; and in 1987 reverted to New York Chapter.)
