Outreach Mission
The mission of the USTA Outreach Department is to promote the Standardbred breed, the sport of harness racing and careers for horses after racing. The Outreach coordinator strives to educate those new to harness racing as well as serve those interested in the Standardbred breed.

We are seeking youth leaders among racing fans and participants. Are you a racing fan or participant who also works with youth? Can you write a lesson plan and a training schedule?
