How did you come to find/meet/own your first Standardbred? "From an article in 'Country Today.' The magazine was featuring Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and Susan (Vinson) Wellman, formerly the midwest branch fo the Standardbred Retirement Foundation and now the director of the American Standardbred Adoption Program. Sue found him for me in late December 1993. Actually, he adopted me!"

Fondest experience with Standardbreds: "We practice parade routines and drill maneuvers every Tuesday evening with six ro twelve other horses. One Tuesday last year, we drilled to music and it was so much fun."
