Biography
Scott Warren is the director of racing/racing secretary at The Meadowlands and Vernon Downs. He attended Delaware Technical and Community College, leaving in 1995 to go to Rosecroft Raceway and has been involved in the sport ever since. He is a member of the United States Harness Writers Association and the American Harness Racing Secretaries.
