Biography

Stacy Chiodo has been involved in harness racing since the late 1990s as a breeder, owner, driver, and trainer. She drives regularly in her home state of New Jersey and has also driven - and won - abroad at Leangan Racetrack in Norway. Chiodo is perhaps best known for becoming the first female driver to break the 1:50 barrier when she and Mighty Young Joe tripped the timer in 1:49-3/5 while winning a race at the Meadowlands on May 3, 2014. She and her husband, Bruno, stable their horses at the Crystal Brook Training Center in Colts Neck, NJ.
