Columbus, OH --- The Ohio Harness Horsemen's Association and TruthPac staged an informational lunch hour rally in downtown Columbus on Wednesday (Oct. 28), hoping to educate voters about the threat to thousands of existing jobs in the racing and breeding industries posed by Ohio Issue 3, which if passed next Tuesday, would authorize full-service casinos in the state.
