Lear Jetta to PA in 2010

New Freedom, PA --- Lear Jetta will stand at stud in 2010 at Dr. Hurtgen’s Nandi Farm, New Freedom, Pa.

Lear Jetta is the world champion son of Lindy Lane from the prolific Speed Bowl mare, Missy Hadagal.

Lear Jetta won 11 of 13 starts as a 2-year-old with a world record mark of 1:55.3f and $370,513 in earnings. His major wins included the PA Sire Stakes championship, Keystone Classic, Reynolds, elimination and final of the Matron Stakes and an elimination of the Breeders Crown.

As a 3-year-old, Lear Jetta was undefeated in five starts before being sidelined by an injury. He won the Currier and Ives, Reynolds and three legs of the PA Sire Stakes.

Lear Jetta ended his racing career with 18 starts (16-1-1) and a mark of 3,1:54.1f ($469,410).
