Pennsylvania Sire Stakes statistics to be available

Woodlyn, PA --- The 2008 Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Fair Circuit Stats are now available and consist of: Pennsylvania Sire Stakes – All-division, driver and trainer stats, what each driver and trainer on record did at the fairs in each category, division (whether Pennsylvania Sire Stakes, Quaker Stakes, Bloomsburg Stakes, or overnights), starts, wins, second, thirds, Universal Drive Rating, percentage of wins, percentage in the money and purse earnings. And:
  • Driver and trainer stats in each division, starts, wins, Universal Driver Rating, purse earnings.
  • The top ten quickest pacers and trotters -- all divisions -- for 2008
  • Every horse that started at the fairs, and their record and earnings in each division

Here’s an example:

ALEX R - PASS - 3 year old colt trotter - 15 starts, 2 wins, 2 seconds, 5 thirds, 2 fourth, 1 fifth and 3 sixth and earnings of $11,619.73. Wins at Indiana, Pa - in 2:06 and Port Royal in 2:02.4

Also, a list of drivers (38) and trainers (40) for the last five seasons - all divisions - starts, wins, seconds, thirds, Universal Driver Rating, win percentage, and in the money percentage.

Each year, more drivers and trainers are added to the list of the last five seasons that have been collected.

Copies of the 2008 Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Fair Circuit stats can be obtained at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs on Saturday, May 23.
